Shipping Policy
Refund and Return Policy
At Kratomology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@kratomology.com for a return authorization.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as perishable goods or health and personal care items, may not be eligible for returns.
